Rohit A. Karnik
Co-founder for NeoTechID, Rohit is currently serving as the Managing Director for NeoTech Identity Solution Pvt. Ltd. (India). He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering (University of Pune) and a Masters Degree in Computer Control and Automation (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore).
Rohit is a market focused individual having hands on experience in the fields of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and other AIDC Technologies. Prior to his current role, Rohit has worked as Application Engineer with Autoscan Technology Pte. Ltd., Singapore, gathering valuable practical knowledge on various AIDC technologies and market opportunities.
Neha R. Vaidya
One of the four co-founders for NeoTechID, Neha currently serves as Director – Technolgy for NeoTech Identity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In her present role, Neha not only leads the R&D initiatives, but also serves as a Mentor for the Software Development and Delivery teams.
Backed by a Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering (University of Pune), an Advanced Programming Diploma from NIIT and valuable global exposure gained during her stint with Omniscient as Solution Specialist for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Neha is well equipped to deliver in her current role.
Nikhil R. Kanitkar
A graduate from the University of Pune (B.E. Electronics), Nikhil is a co-founder for NeoTechID and is currently serving as the Director – Sales for NeoTech Identity Solutions. Pvt. Ltd.
Prior to his current role Nikhil has worked in various capacities with the Business Analytics and Investment Research Divisions of Evaluserve in Gurgaon for over 3 years. In his last role as Manager – Investment Research, Nikhil worked with Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Fund Clients, undertaking pre-deal research assignments
Vishal S. Usapkar
Vishal joined the NeoTechID team a few months after its inception and has since become an integral part of the core team, currently serving as Director – Business Development for NeoTech Identity Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Post a Bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Pune, Vishal worked as a Design Engineer with the global semiconductor giant – Texas Instruments for over 3 years. A result oriented, problem solver by nature, Vishal constantly seeks to identify new business opportunities, innovate, establish a niche market and deliver, surpassing client expectations.
